FROM CANISTEO VILLAGE HALL: Many residents have begun receiving their October water bills. Included with your bill is a flyer about the Village’s new mass notification system — CodeRED. The Village of Canisteo recently launched CodeRED to help us quickly contact residents via phone, email, or the mobile app regarding important news and alerts. A test call was sent out on Wednesday using public contact data.
If you received the call, no further action is needed.
If you did not receive the call, we encourage you to scan the QR code on the flyer, text, or call the Village Office to enroll.The Village plans to use this system to share emergency notifications, public news, and alerts that may otherwise go unnoticed on Facebook or our website
