CANISTEO, NY – Canisteo Police Chief Kyle Amidon reports that Canisteo Police have charged Jessica Patrick, 30, of Maple Street Canisteo, with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.
Canisteo Police then turned over Jessica Patrick to Hornell Police.
Police Chief Amidon says that State Police assisted in this arrest.
