HORNELL, NY – Temporary Hornell City Court Judge Dave Coddington announced he will be seeking a full time position as a republican candidate thanks to the vacancy left by Judge Joe Damrath retiring. Coddington, who as of now will be running unopposed, will be seeking a six year term. Because of Damrath’s early departure, this will be a special election set for November.
