Last night, the New York State Legislature approved the proposed congressional maps. However, there will be lawsuits against the new maps.
Republican candidate for congress Joe Sempolinski says, until the lawsuits are worked out in the courts, he is in “a holding pattern.” Sempolinski says, he’ll wait to see what happens, and then make a decision. Also, Sempolinski reiterated on the Wlea Newsmaker Show this morning, that if it turns out that Claudia tenney is able to run, he won’t run against Tenney.
