New York City area Congressman Steve Israel (D) has endorsed Democrat congressional candidate John Plumb, in the race for the Tom Reed seat in the House of Representatives.
Israel says that with the 2016 election being a year away, John Plumb is already hard at work, and is ready to help hard working Americans.
