CORNING, NY – Congressman Tom Reed (R, Corning) has been projected as being the winner in the 23rd Congressional District.
The early numbers, showing up in the 9pm and 10pm hours, showed that Reed was well ahead of his Democratic opponent, Martha Robertson.
