Steuben County Route 14, is now open. That’s according to Steuben County Spokesperson Eddie VanStine. Route 14 was closed last night, due to the storms. Canisteo-Greenwood School Superintendent Tom Crook says, because of this, CG bus drivers used some alternate routes.
