STATEMENT FROM US SENATOR KIRSTEN GILLIBRAND: “In the event of increasingly severe and frequent flooding events in Steuben County and across the country, we should be strengthening emergency relief efforts, resilient infrastructure programs, and resources to combat climate change—not eliminating them. I will do everything in my power to support Steuben County residents’ requests for federal assistance.
