DANSVILLE, NY – State Police in Wyoming County have charged 38 year old Lance Riley, who has addresses in both Dansville and Perry, with 3rd degree criminal sex act and 3rd degree rape, as well as endangering the welfare of a child. According to state police, Riley was arrested for allegedly subjecting a 15 year-old female victim to sexual intercourse and sexual acts multiple times at his residence on Borden Avenue, Village of Perry, Wyoming County. Riley was arraigned at the Village of Perry court in front of Justice Bogert and remanded to Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail / bond. State Police say that Riley is to reappear in Village of Perry Court at a later date.
