STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – There will be covid testing today in Hornell from 1pm-5pm at the Arts Center, on Broadway. Also, Steuben County Public Health is holding two booster-only clinics from 10 am – 4 pm today at the Civil Defense Training Center in Bath.
