Donald Charles Trowbridge, of Canisteo

Canisteo-Donald Charles Trowbridge, 45, of 21 Second Street, passed away Wednesday (December 17, 2014) .

 

Born in Hornell, May 28, 1969, the son of Kenneth and Carol Campbell Trowbridge, he had resided in Canisteo most all his life. He was a graduate of Canisteo Central School and received his associates degree in Criminal Science from Corning Community College. He had been employed as a glazier for A.J. Glass in Rochester for several years. He was a member of Glaziers Union Local #677 in Rochester.

 

He was predeceased by his father, Kenneth Trowbridge and his brother, Robert Trowbridge.

 

He is survived by his mother, Carol Trowbridge of Canisteo, one brother, Vernon Hallett of Canisteo, one niece, Jessica Hallett(Derick Kimball) of Tennessee, three aunts, Patricia (Tom) Crane of Canisteo, Linda Campbell of Painted Post and Virginia Campbell of Rochester, one uncle, Randy (Brenda) Campbell of Pennsylvania, great aunt, Betty Seeley of Addison, cousins, Vernon (Brenda) VanZile of Campbell , Gerald Broughton of Canaseraga and Linda Allen of Canisteo, special friends, Elizabeth Flanagan and family, Sharon Clark and Stanley Hunt.

Honoring Charlie’s wishes, there will be no calling hours. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 6 Spruce St., Canisteo., on Saturday December 27, 2014 at 11 AM. Pastor Daniel Todd will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Canisteo.
