Former Cohocton Town Clerk Pleaded Guilty

BATH, NY – State Comptroller Tom Dinapoli announced yesterday that Sandy Riley, 51, the former Cohocton Clerk, pleaded guilty in Steuben County Court, to stealing $36,000 in Cohocton  taxpayer money.

Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker issued a statement, saying that this should serve as a warning to others that this type of conduct with not go unnoticed or unpunished.
