From Bath Police Chief Chad Mullen:
The Village of Bath Police Department reports the arrest of Elizabeth A.
Gee, age 35, of the Holland American Hotel, main house room 8, in the Town of
Bath on 3 Steuben County Superior Court Arrest Warrants. Ms. Gee was charged
with a total of 6 class D felonies, 3 for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in
Fifth Degree and 3 for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth
Degree. The investigation was from late 2019 into the sales of crystal
methamphetamine from 18 W. Steuben St. in the Village of Bath.
Ms. Gee was arraigned by Judge Watches in Steuben County Court on
10/5/20 at 4 pm and released without bail due to the January 2020 bail reform
laws.
Ms. Gee has a class B felony pending from the December 2019 search
warrant executed at 18 W. Steuben St.
The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Bath Police Department,
Corning City Police Department, Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, and the Steuben
County District Attorney Investigators.
The New York State Police made the arrest for Bath PD at the Holland
American.
