Sean A. Kellogg (Age 24)- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Jolynn M. Sleve (Age 21)- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Jack D. Hughes (Age 22)- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Sean A. Kellogg (Age 24)- Subject was transported to the Steuben County Jail awaiting Centralized Arraignment.
Jolynn M. Sleve (Age 21)- Subject was released on appearance tickets.
Jack D. Hughes (Age 22)- Subject was released on appearance tickets.
Details of the Incident: On Tuesday June 16th, 2020 at or about 9:00pm The Canisteo Village Police Department arrested Sean A. Kellogg (Age 24) of Canisteo Street in Hornell, NY, Jack D. Hughes (Age 22) of Hudson Street in Bath, NY and Jolynn M. Sleve of Hudson Street in Bath, NY for felony drug charges. This incident stemmed from a routine traffic stop on East Main Street in the Village of Canisteo. During the investigation the Canisteo Village Police Department utilized Canine Dex with locating a large amount of cocaine, marijuana, concentrated marijuana, cash in the amount of almost $2000.00 and drug paraphernalia and packaging materials consistent with the distribution of sales. The suspects were charged accordingly as follows:
Sean A. Kellogg (Age 24)- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Jolynn M. Sleve (Age 21)- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Jack D. Hughes (Age 22)- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
