HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police said last week, that there were going to be more arrests connected to drug arrests and the arrests have happened. Hornell Police have charged Emily Hall, 24, North Hornell and Ryan Stever, 25, Arkport, with 3rd degree possession and sale of a controlled substance.
Police say the drugs were Heroin and Fentanyl.
