Eric Smith Denied Parole For The 9th Time

The Finger Lakes Daily News reports that 38 year old convicted killer Eric Smith has been denied parole again. Smith will remain in Erie County Prison for the 1993 death of Derek Robie of Savona. Click here for full story.
