LIVINGSTON COUNTY, NY – Thelcn,com and the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle, are reporting that former area Assemblyman Joe Errigo, has been ordered by a judge, to take a competency exam. Errigo’s lawyer says that the former state legislator has some serious medical issues.
Errigo was arrested a year ago, after being accused of taking about $10,000 in bribe money from a lobbyist.
