Fatal Accident in Angelica

State Police say an Angelica woman and her grand daughter injured, after a vehicle hit them both on Tuesday night, in the Village of Angelica.
Cynthia Polanowski, 53, was walking her two year old grand daughter in a stroller, and that the two were hit while crossing the street on Park Circle. The grand daughter survived the accident, troopers say there was no sign of distracted or impaired driving, there are no charges filed against the driver, Shayne Ellessor, 50, of Angelica yet, and the investigation continues.
