Fatal Accident in Sparta

41 year old Thomas Markel of Dansville was killed in an accident in the Town of Sparta this morning.
Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty says Markel was in a vehicle that was struck by 22 year old John Linehan of Livonia, as Linehan tried to pass another vehicle on Route 256.
