SPARTA, NY – The Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty reports that Kenneth Cleveland, 57, of Sparta, was found dead on the side of the road on Reeds Corners Road in Sparta.
Officials say that it appears that Cleveland failed to negotiate a single turn. The investigation continues.
