As requested by a Rochester attorney and the Democrat and Chronicle newspaper, the FBI’s complaint against the late Assemblyman Bill Nojay, has been released. according to the complaint, Nojay stole $800,000 in Escrow funds, from a construction project, and hid the money in several places: his assembly campaign funds, his children, to a car dealer, and to some places that nojay had invested in. Some of the $800,000 was also reportedly used to pay Nojay’s property taxes. The apparent reason that the FBI was handling the case, was because it involved wire fraud.
