The Steuben County Industrial Development Agency says Baron Wind, says a judge has ruled that the Town of Fremont has lost their challenge against Wind Company Baron Wind. So Baron Wind will be able to go forward with Phase II before the end of the year. The County IDA also says, Phase II is going to have an additional 98 megawatts of wind power.
