ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – The Wellsville Regional News website reports that Governor Andrew Cuomo has signed on to Senator Cathy Young’s legislation to get funding for Allegany county, and Cattauraugus and Chautauqua Counties, for reimbursement on what was spent by officials in those areas in the aftermath of the heavy rain storms back in July 2015. Senator Young says there was 1.6 million dollars in damage in Allegany county from the 2015 rain storms.
