GREENWOOD, NY – From Sheriff Allard: Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on December 26, 2021, deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Casey J. Bickham, age 44, of State Route 417, Greenwood, New York, following an investigation of a reported domestic incident in Greenwood, New York.
It is alleged that Mr. Bickham choked and struck another person, and damaged property of that person. Mr. Bickham was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree.
Mr. Bickham was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
