HARTSVILLE, NY – Hartsville Town Board member David McEvoy, died earlier this week at the age of 74.
Funeral arrangements are in care of the Brown and Powers Funeral Home. There were no calling hours.
McEvoy is the second member of the Hartsville to die this year, town board member Jim Perry died in March.
