HARTSVILLE, NY – A lot of permits for solar panels have been issued to Hartsville residents by the town board.

Also in Hartsville, the town board has decided at this time, not to build a larger building for both the dog kennel and highway department, but just to have a smaller building constructed, for a dog kennel. Officials say that issue may be revisited.
