High Achievement NY: It Would Cost $280 M To Drop Out of Common Core

Gannett News is reporting that a pro-common core business group called High Achievement New York says it would cost New York State taxpayers $280 million, if the state returned it’s money to the federal government so New York does not have to take part in Common Core.

Rob Astorino’s campaign spokesperson says Astorino disputes that number.
