HORNELL, NY – The Hornell IDA has passed a resolution authorizing Mayor Shawn Hogan and Hornell IDA Director Jim Griffin to go to the auction, to make sure that the sale of the property at the corner of Center and Main Streets, goes to a movie theater buyer, because IDA officials want Hornell to have a movie theater.
