HORNELL, NY – “That’s great news,” Mayor Shawn Hogan told WLEA News about the announcement about the Health Resources and Services Administration awarding $858,333 to Oak Orchard for future plans in Hornell.
“I think that was part of the overall plan for the health care in Hornell, to get Oak Orchard here. Primarily, they have a better medicaid reimbursement rate, and so that would help them with the medicaid population in Hornell, which makes it a lot more viable for a lot of physicians,” Hogan told WLEA.
