HORNELL, NY – “That’s great news,” Mayor Shawn Hogan told WLEA News about the announcement about the Health Resources and Services Administration awarding $858,333 to Oak Orchard for future plans in Hornell.
“I think that was part of the overall plan for the health care in Hornell, to get Oak Orchard here. ¬†Primarily, they have a better medicaid reimbursement rate, and so that would help them with the medicaid population in Hornell, which makes it a lot more viable for a lot of physicians,” Hogan told WLEA.
