HORNELL, NY – The first portion of Monday’s monthly Board of Education meeting was devoted to holiday entertainment from the various choirs throughout the district. The Elementary, Intermediate, and High School students all displayed their singing skills by performing various Christmas Carols in front of the board and all in attendance. Palotti commented after the short presentations, “There’s not a better way to get a report on the progress of a department than actually having them come here and display their achievements.” Each group was met with a large round of applause after their performance.
