HORNELL, NY – Hornell Mayor Shawn Hogan and the Hornell Department of Public Works says that Home Service USA is soliciting Hornell residents, asking them to purchase insurance for water and sewage line repair warranties.
Hornell City Hall says that Home Service USA is not endorsed by Hornell City Hall or New York State, and that homeowners are strongly urged to ignore Home Service USA.
