HORNELL, NY – Hornell Mayor John Buckley sent out what’s called a Code Red message this afternoon at 2:30pm. The message was a “request” of Hornell residents, to please keep their vehicles off the streets during the snow storm, for the snow plows. This is not a ban, but a request from Hornell City Hall.
