HORNELL, NY – State Police and Hornell Police report that Wesley Houghtaling, 29, of Hornell, is charged with 1st degree criminal contempt. He is accused of violating a protection order, by allegedly assaulting the person he wasn’t supposed to talk to. Houghtaling is also charged with resisting arrest and criminal obstruction of breathing for fighting with police.
Houghtaling was arraigned and remanded to the Steuben County Jail, $6,000 bail.
