Today is New Years Eve, and Hornell City Hall closes today at noon. City Hall will be closed all day tomorrow. There will not be any HAT Bus runs tomorrow, the Hornell Public :ibrary is closed tomorrow, and the library opens again on Wednesday.
Also, garbage collection in Hornell will be one day later than usual, this week.
