Jen Speed Changes Her Plea To Guilty of Record Tampering

BATH, NY – The Jen Speed case is over. Speed’s attorney James Riotto changed Speed’s plea, from not guilty, to guilty of 1st degree tampering with public records.
 
Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker says she agreed to pay restitution, but did not admit to stealing the money.
 
Speed originally pleaded not guilty.
 
As soon as we hear from Attorney James Riotto Jr., it will be both on the radio and posted online.
