Kolb Calls It Quits

January 4, 2020

ALBANY, NY – State Republican Assembly Leader Brian Kolb, quit his state assembly leadership post, on Friday. That’s because of the DWI arrest made against him on Tuesday night, outside his house in Canandaigua, after Kolb went into a ditch. “The events of Dec. 31 are ones I will always deeply regret. On a personal level, I have begun the process of seeking professional help in order to heal, learn, and fully address the challenges that I, along with my family, currently face,” Kolb said in a statement, quoted by the Albany Times Union.
