Larry Comfort Senior, And Jonathan Hamilton, Have Pleaded Guilty

BATH, NY – In December 2020, several men were arrested by state police for an alleged drug and prostitution ring.  One of the suspects, Larry Comfort Sr, was  in Steuben County Court yesterday pleading guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), and 3rd Degree promotion of prositution.

If that name rings a bell, Larry Comfort Sr. was the driver in an incident where a State Police Investigator, Robert Van Hall, was shot and killed in Corning, in December of 1980. 

Also yesterday in Steuben County Court, Jonathan Hamilton pleaded guilty to 2nd Degree Criminal Contempt.  

No pleas from Steve Maio or Larry Comfort Jr yet.  

Larry Comfort Sr, might be given six to twelve years in prison, when sentenced.
