BATH, NY – Today is the first day of the Steuben County Court proceedings, of the Frank Libordi lawsuit against Hornellsville Town Supervisor Ken Isaman. Libordi is a North Hornell Village Trustee, who originally sued to have Isaman removed from being the Steuben County Risk Manager and the Hornellsville Town Supervisor at the same time.
To avert the original lawsuit, Isaman resigned from being the county risk manager. However, Libordi’s had the lawsuit amended, requesting that that Isaman be removed from being the Hornellsville Supervisor, even though he’s not the risk manager any longer.
Libordi also wants to see documents from the Sweeney Agency to Ken Isaman, where Isaman has been a long time employee, as an insurance agent.
