HORNELL, NY – At this morning’s Hornell Public Safety Meeting, Mayor John Buckley spoke about a recent call he made to Norfolk Southern. Buckley is working with Norfolk Southern to schedule a training session in Hornell on how to deal with the possibility of a train derailment. Buckley and Norfolk Southern also discussed the issue of idle trains in Hornell.
