ATLANTA, NY – The Steuben County District Attorney’s Drug Initiative reports that Eric Buck, 31, of Atlanta, is accused of selling meth amphetamines in Atlanta in March of this year.
The charges are one count of felony criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 5th degree, and one count of criminal sales of a controlled substance in the 5th degree.
Judge Peter Bradstreet remanded Buck to Steuben County Jail, without bail.
