HORNELL, NY – Hornell NY police report the arrests of Sarah King, 28, Canisteo and Michael Stanaszak, 34, Elmira. Hornell Police report that the two suspect were charged with Third Degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, Third Degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, and driving without a license. Both are accused of having over an ounce of meth, which was prepackaged, a meth smoking device, a syringe and some money, in the vehicle they were in, when it was pulled over on Pine Street in Canisteo on Friday night.
Hornell Police say that more arrests are anticipated.
The investigation was headed by Sgt. Police Investigator Tom Aini, with assistance from Police Chief Ted Murray, Captain Mike Sexsmith and Officers Pete McDaniels, Stuart McHenry, Dan Murray and Ian Hamilton.
