ALFRED, NY – From Alfred Police Chief Paul Griffith:
On the 19th of Sept. 2019 at about 4pm and arrow was found, shot into the top of the patrol car port for the Alfred PD. A short investigation ensued and Louis Shengulette admitted to shooting the arrow into the car port. Further charges may be pending.
Charges: Reckless endangerment, Criminal mischief 4th
Court: Alfred Village Court
Status: Issued Appearance tickets
Police Chief Griffith noted that it appears that this was was a reckless act, not intentional, and that the arrow was fired from a nearby neighbor’s yard, that is close to the police station.
