ALFRED, NY – From Alfred Police Chief Paul Griffith:
On the 19th of Sept. 2019 at about 4pm and arrow was found, shot into the top of the patrol car port for the Alfred PD. A short investigation ensued and Louis Shengulette admitted to shooting the arrow into the car port. Further charges may be pending.
Police Chief Griffith noted that it appears that this was was a reckless act, not intentional, and that the arrow was fired from a nearby neighbor’s yard, that is close to the police station.
