BATH, NY – State Police have charged William Trenchard, 37, of Rumsey Street Extension in Bath for allegedly running a meth lab. Troopers say when they did a raid, they found a lot of methamphetamines, precursors, reagents, solvents, catalysts and lab equipment. Trenchard is facing a charge of unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamines in the 3rd degree, and was sent to Steuben County Jail, $50,000 bail.
