New Regulations For Hourly Workers In NYS

ALBANY, NY – Governor Andrew Cuomo has approved a new regulation that goes into effect in January: if an employer calls an employee in to work at the last minute, the employee gets two hours extra pay.  Now under the new regulation, an employee has to know two weeks ahead of time, what their hours will be.
