Steuben County Manager Mark Alger says the sale of the Steuben County Health care facility has gone through.
County legislative chairman Joe Hauryski blamed the sale of the county health care facility on state government not providing adequate funding. “We tried our best to keep it,” Hauryski said. “This is something we would like to have avoided, but this is not something we could afford to continue with.
