BATH, NY – Stephen Alexander of Rochester, the suspect in the June 30 shooting of Mori Prout in Bath, was in Steuben County Court for an arraignment this morning.
No plea was entered. Alexander will be back in court on September 16th, his lawyer is attorney Bill Kelly from Mount Morris.
