HORNELL, NY – St. James Mercy Hospital announced on Monday afternoon, that they has agreed to terms for New York State-based Post Acute Partners to acquire St. James Mercy’s McAuley Manor long-term care service.
“The selection of Post Acute Partners — a high-quality, highly reputable long-term care provider — is a very positive step toward achieving our mission,” said Jen Sullivan, CEO of St. James.
