ALBANY, NY – State Comptroller Tom Dinapoli says, he’s against the Thruway’s plans to raise tolls, next year. Dinapoli maintains, the Thruway officials caused their own problems, because the Thruway started doing things like Cashless Tolls, which Dinapoli says, went very badly and the state thruway lost a lot of money.
