State Police are reporting this morning that their command center in Friendship has been shut down. Friendship is where the search had been going on since Saturday, for the escaped prisoners Richard Matt and David Sweat.
The two prisoners broke out of Clinton Correctional a couple of weeks ago. Allegany County was packed with local state and federal law enforcement, on I-86 and mostly in Friendship.
State Troopers will hold a press conference at noon today, to talk about the search.
