BATH, NY – Steuben County Legislative spokesperson Mary Perham says that the county finance committee approved a preliminary budget of $175 million.
The proposed budget has a slight tax increase of 1.7 percent.
The full legislature still has to approve the budget, and the county lawmakers will vote on that, on November 24th.
